Edge to Edge Quilting
The pandemic has given quilters the opportunity to finish UFO's, make new quilts, use up stash & kits.... The number of quilts that I have been receiving in the past year for longarm quilting is amazing!! So in order to accommodate the increase, I am changing the longarm services that I offer. At this time I will ONLY be providing Edge To Edge Quilting. I will no longer be providing any custom quilting (that is where the blocks, sashing, & borders are quilted separate in coordinating designs). I do not do any freehand quilting, only digitized computer quilting with my two Handi Quilter Machines. If you need a referral for custom quilting, feel free to contact me. Here is the new revised order form.
Binding services are still available for both hand and machine finishing. I have a second person that works with me now who does all the bindings.
Quilters Dream Batting Company has issued a price increase starting May 1st. The cost of obtaining the raw materials to produce the batting has increased. So you will see a price increase starting May 1st with me as well. The pandemic has affected the batting production. For quite some time now, it takes 3 weeks from the time an order is placed, for it to be produced and shipped. Quilters Dream Batting is still 100% made in the USA!
Wide Backing Fabric
Moda and all fabric manufacturers have also issued a upcoming price increase that we will start seeing anytime. Again, the price increase is a direct result of the pandemic. All of my in stock wide backing fabric will remain at the current prices. Future purchases I make to add to the inventory will reflect the increase I incur from the company.
Every quilter has a masterpiece inside.
Happy Spring! Pam
